Description

Phycocyanin (C-PC) is a water-soluble, blue phycobiliprotein derived primarily from cyanobacteria such as Spirulina platensis and Arthrospira maxima. It serves as a light-harvesting pigment in photosynthesis while exhibiting potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and immunomodulatory properties.
